Bank of America ordered the removal of these birds and I did speak with the manager who was not happy with my call and told me that according to the law nothing illegal was done.  I explained to her that whilst it may not be illegal there are a lot of laws in this country that are legal but inhumane and the problem can be resolved in a more humane way.  She told me that the instructions came through Richard Ellis Management  (713-247-7102).  I have not been able to speak with them, left a message - in the meantime these poor babies who were orphaned may or may not even be alive anymore.  The guy from Diamond Pressure Washing is now working with WRE to do the right thing and may be able to rescue some of the birds .... and WRE said if there were any birds needing help they would take them.
